Safety Description:Confirmed carcinogen with experimental carcinogenic and neoplastigenic data. Poison by ingestion, subcutaneous, intravenous, and intraperitoneal routes. Human systemic effects by intravenous route: dyspnea and lung fibrosis, hemolysis with or without anemia, changes in tubules (including acute renal failure, acute tubular necrosis), normocytic anemia.
