Safety Description:A poison. Fumes are highly injurious to the eyes and mucous membranes. Handle in hood only. Flammable by chemical reaction with reducing agents. A powerful oxidizing agent. The liquid explodes above 106°C. Explosive reaction with hydriodic acid, charcoal, ethanol, cellulose fibers, other organic materials, sulfur. Violent reaction or ignition with ammonia.
