Safety Description:Violent reaction with potassium, sodium, aluminum, and antimony. Violent reaction with iron at 650°C. The moist bromide reacts violently with oxidants. When heated to decomposition it emits toxic fumes of Br⁻ and SO_x. See also BROMIDES.
