Safety Description:Poison by ingestion, subcutaneous, intravenous, intramuscular, and intraperitoneal routes. Human systemic effects by intravenous route: convulsions or effect on seizure threshold, muscle contraction or spasticity, and nausea or vomiting. Mutation data reported. Used as a local anesthetic.
